FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: draining and humidifying polder system includes the drains, the collector, the main channel with the pump station. The accumulating reservoir is made in the form of the channel 6 with the flooded dam 7. The dam 7 in its upper part is additionally provided with ridges on one level with the flood-free dam 5. Between the ridges of the dam 7 and below the ridges, the outlets of rectangular cross-section with the threshold 11 are made. The outlets are equipped with the rotary retaining wall 12 mounted with an inclination towards the inlet of flood waters and watertightly conjugated via the threshold 11 on the dam 7 between the ridges and below them with the curved stop 13. The rotary retaining wall 12 rests on the props 15 and 16, the mark of its ridge 17 is located below the ridge of the dam 7. On the prop 15, on the floodwater side, the link 18 is fixed, for example in the form of a rope, which is connected with the mark of the ridge 17 of the retaining wall 12. The link 18 is constantly unwound or wound on the drum 19, depending on the operation mode of the rotary retaining wall 12 itself. The overall outlets front is determined according to the conditions of allocation of the estimated flood flow rate to the flooded areas of the dam with 7 ridges with the acceptable overflow rate.
EFFECT: system allows to provide sufficient protection against the flooded dam erosion on the side of flood waters, with minimal damage to the hydraulic structures and the environment while reducing the hydraulic structures erection costs, limiting them only by the costs of the outlets construction along the perimeter of the flooded dam.
