FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a housing (1) with coaxial inlet (2) and outlet (3) connections and a return valve (4) with the spherical closure member (5) and a guide rod mounted between them, a permanent magnet (6) interacting with the flow sensor reed relay mounted on a printed circuit board (9) fixed at the housing with a microcontroller (10) and electronic components (11) and pressure (7) and temperature sensors (8). Flow sensor permanent magnet (6) is fixed at the spherical closure member in the form of toric ring. At least one flow sensor reed relay is mounted in the housing on the return valve wall, positionally movable along the axis of closure member displacement.

EFFECT: creation of a simple, reliable and versatile pump operation and control device.
