FIELD: radio electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio-electronic equipment. Device comprises source of input complex signal (IS) with two outputs, unit of reference linearly varying signals (RLVSU) sources, having at least two sources, pulse-width modulation conversion unit (PWM CU), having at least two converters, quadrature harmonic signal high-frequency generator (QHSHFG) with in-phase and quadrature outputs, which are connected to first and second signals multipliers (SM) reference inputs, respectively, high-frequency power amplifier, radio-frequency band-pass filter, which output is connected to antenna.
EFFECT: technical result of invention consists in improvement of efficiency and its stability, reduced weight and dimensions.
