FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: sodium hydroxide is used as a nucleus, and konjac gum is used as a nanocapsule membrane, with a core:membrane ratio of 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:5, or 5:1. The method includes sodium hydrogencarbonate dispersion in a konjac gum suspension in butanol, in the presence of 0.01 g of E472c as a surfactant with stirring at 1200 rpm, then benzene is added, the resulting suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature.
EFFECT: simplified and accelerated process of nanoencapsulation, reduced accompanying loss.
