SUBSTANCE: chia seeds powder is slowly added to a suspension of konjac gum in benzene in the presence of 0.01 g E472c as a surfactant, and then stirred at 1000 r/min and the butyl chloride is poured, the resulting suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature, wherein the weight ratio of core: shell is 1:1 or 1:3.

EFFECT: simplification and acceleration of chia seeds nanocapsule production, weight yield increase.
