SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method for transmitting control information, which includes the steps of: determining a number of previously known information bits in the E-DPCCH information bits of the control information and previously known data bits are information bits that can be pre-learned by the base station; determine the transmission power of E-DPCCH according to the number of information bits known in advance; and transmitting control information E-DPCCH to the base station by using said transmission power.
EFFECT: decrease the transmission power of E-DPCCH and decrease the interference of the rising channel, thus improving, uplink bandwidth transmission channel.
