FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: sloping bottom of circular furnace boiler 1 is formed by coaxial equilateral prisms, the side faces of which are formed by the inner 2 and outer tube screens 3, at the bottom part of the circular furnace 1 all external pipe screens 3 are bent inward at the angle of 50-60° to the horizon, this slopes outside the tube screens 3 form eight-sloped sloping bottom 5. At each second outer tube screen 3 the slopes 6 are made of rectangular shape and they are extended to the inner tube screens 2 opposite to them, and slopes 7 of the other outdoor pipe screens 3, located between the slopes 6 of rectangular shape, made in the shape of isosceles trapezoids, and between their smaller bases and opposing them inner tube screens 2 there are slag release windows 8, the lower side parts of rectangular slopes 6 are extended to the slag release windows 8, and in the center of the lower parts of these slopes 6 there are double sloped slag flow separators 9, at that all slopes 6 and 7 of the sloping bottom 5 and slopes of the slag flow separators 9 are made from tubes 4 of the external tube screens 3.
EFFECT: increase of the circular furnace boiler reliability and service life, processability of its production, reduction of the sloping bottom and the boiler height as a whole, while reducing at that the boiler material consumption.
