SUBSTANCE: method on circular furnace 1 screen including into the boilers circuit with circular furnace 1 with forced circulation contains the entire feed water supply by the first lead through the economizer 5, located in the boiler duct 4 , through the lower intake manifold 8 of the internal screens 2 and through the pipes of all internal screens 2. All the resulting vapour is collected in the upper return manifolds 9 of the internal screens 2, all collected vapour in the upper return manifolds of the internal screens 9 is sent to the lower intake manifolds 11 of the outer screens 3 first half, then it is sent by the second pass through the pipes of the first half of the outer screens 3, further all the vapour is collected into the upper return manifolds 12 of this outer screen 3 first half, then it is fed into the lower intake manifolds of the outer screen 3 second half and then it is sent by the third pass through the pipes of the outer screen 3 second half, after which all the vapour is collected in the upper return manifolds 15 of the outer screen 3 second half and then it is sent to the subsequent surfaces of boiler heating.
EFFECT: increase of the thermal and hydraulic reliability of the boiler curcuit work with circular furnace with forced circulation at its moderate hydraulic resistance.
