FIELD: heating systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to firing systems of high-duty power units, can be used in heat engineering. The effect is achieved in steam generator furnace with vertical annular combustion chamber made in the form of coaxial equilateral prisms, side edges of which are formed with external and internal tubular walls, with burners and air nozzles located in lower part of external tubular wall and directed tangentially in the direction of flame rotation, with burners and air nozzles of middle tier and upper tier of air nozzles directed towards burners of lower and middle tiers; at that, air nozzles of all tiers are installed separately and after burners at distance of 1-2 diametre of burner arch between longitudinal axes of air nozzles and burners at an angle of 0-15° to the next side edge of external tubular wall in direction of flame rotation; at that, air is supplied to burners and air nozzles of lower tier in quantity of 70-75% and 25-30% respectively of total air required for fuel combustion, and fuel is supplied to burners of lower and middle tiers in quantity of 80-85% and 15-20% respectively of total fuel supplied to annular combustion chamber.

EFFECT: invention allows improving fuel combustion, reducing NOx nitrogen oxides and minimising their emission to atmosphere with simultaneous decrease of slagging of tubular walls of annular combustion chamber.
