SUBSTANCE: method comprises the fuel mixture and the secondary air supply through the respective nozzles 5, 6 and 7 of the controlled burners 4 and the additional air nozzles 8 to the lower part of the circular furnace 1 in the direction of the vortex torch and the supply of the tertiary air through the air nozzles 9 into the upper part of the circular furnace 1 in a direction counter to the vortex torch, at the fuel-air mixture burning in the circular furnace 1 the hot flue gases are formed, which rising up along the spiral upward the circular furnace 1, give the warm to its tubular outer 2 and inner 3 screens, the supply, while the boiler is operating with the load of 80-100 % from designed, to the circular furnace 1 of the air at 15-20% more than theoretically required. Through the controlled air-fuel burner nozzles 4 into the furnace 1 70-90% of the total air is supplied, and the remaining 35-40% of the air is distributed between the air nozzles 6, 7 and 8 of the secondary air and nozzles 9 of the tertiary air in the ratio from 1 to 3. When the boiler is operated at the load below 80% from the designed value, one or two adjustable burners 4 is turn off the fuel supply, at that the amount of secondary air supplied to the air nozzles 5 and 6 of the adjustable burners 4 and additional air nozzles 8 is kept in the same amount.

EFFECT: increase of the fuel combustion completeness and reduction of harmful emissions of nitrogen oxides formation.
