FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composites of polymers, reinforced with fibers, which are used as high-strength and light structural materials for replacement of metals in structures for aerospace purposes, for example in main aircraft structures. Pre-saturated curable sheet is formed by applying two external resin films on upper and lower surface layers, respectively, of resin-impregnated reinforcing fibers. External resin films contain insoluble particles, providing rigidity, and partially soluble or swelling particles, providing rigidity, but resin matrix, impregnating reinforcing fibers, does not contain such particles. Insoluble particles, providing rigidity, are insoluble in resin matrix of resin films at solidification of sheets. Partially soluble or swelling particles, providing rigidity, partially dissolved or swelling in resin matrix of resin films at solidification of sheets, however remain separate particles after hardening.

EFFECT: improved failure viscosity of ready hardened composite.
