FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of hydrogen peroxide for direct industrial use. A method for manufacturing hydrogen peroxide using the autooxidation of anthraquinone (by AD-method) includes the following steps: (a) hydrogenation of the working solution to the hydrogenation unit in the presence of a catalyst, wherein the said working solution comprises at least one alkylanthraquinone dissolved in at least one organic solvent to obtain at least one corresponding alkylanthraquinone compound; (b) oxidation of at least one of the said alkylanthraquinone compound to obtain hydrogen peroxide in the oxidation unit; and further comprising the step of; (c) extraction of hydrogen peroxide formed in the oxidation step, in the extraction unit; in which when necessary the units corresponding to steps (a) - (c) represent the hydrogen peroxide production area (not always containing the additional auxiliary units). One or more of the said units at the hydrogen peroxide production area are equipped with one or more sensors for monitoring one or more parameters of AD-method, optionally using at least one chemical parameter of the AD-method, wherein the said sensors are connected with one or more first computers in the hydrogen peroxide production area; the said first computers are connected via the communication network with one or more second computers in the control unit, which is located far from the hydrogen peroxide production area, and in which the hydrogen peroxide production area is remotely operated, in particular, remotely controlled and adjusted from the said control unit, and the hydrogen peroxide production area is located close or at the territory of the end user or consumer, using hydrogen peroxide in industrial purposes.
EFFECT: invention provides a simplified manufacture of hydrogen peroxide for direct industrial use.
