SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of electric power consumption accounting and electric and information networks operation parameters monitoring and intended for use in vehicle. Vehicle onboard equipment parameters monitoring device comprises electric energy meter, connected to vehicle electric network, and non-volatile memory units. One of units data input is connected to electric energy meter output for recording values of consumed power. Device also contains mobile communication unit, including processor connected to transceiver, provided with display unit and car information network signals receiver, which output is connected to mobile communication unit processor, connected to other nonvolatile memory unit data input, as well as to both non-volatile memory units and display unit outputs and control inputs.

EFFECT: technical result, provided by disclosed useful model, is possibility of automatically in real time mode collect, store, process and transmit data on railway vehicle onboard devices parameters, taking into account of faults and passage by train of areas without mobile communication coverage.
