FIELD: monitoring condition of a freight railway car.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of monitoring the condition of a freight railway car. The system contains acceleration sensors, temperature sensors, pressure sensors that have their own power sources, as well as a generator, while the generator is mounted on a trolley of a freight car and integrated in one housing with a registration module, an interface module, a data reception and transmission module for satellite monitoring, a registration module in a mobile network, the modules receive electrical energy from for example, data from sensors is transmitted via a wireless data transmission protocol to the data reception and transmission module. The generator is designed with the possibility of recycling the mechanical energy of the rotation of the wheel pairs into thermal energy and the regulation of the transfer of thermal energy from the generator for heating or cooling the modules located in the housing through heat-conducting or heat-insulating elements. At the same time, acceleration sensors are installed on the axle boxes of each trolley of the car, the automatic coupling device and on the body or frame of the car, temperature sensors are installed on each trolley, pressure sensors are installed on the auto-braking equipment, acceleration sensors are made with the possibility of transmission to the data reception and transmission module a signal of deviation from the normal operation of the car at a maximum amplitude value of more than 0.5 g with a pulse duration of more than 10 ms, the temperature sensors are designed with the possibility of transmitting to the data reception and transmission module a signal of deviation from the normal operation of the car when the temperature value of the axle box is exceeded by more than 1°C from the average operating temperature temperature sensors for a time interval not exceeding 2 hours, pressure sensors are made with the possibility of transmitting to the data reception and transmission module a signal about a deviation from the normal operation of the car when the value of the pressure sensors changes by more than 0.1 MPa after the event for a time interval not exceeding 0.5 hours.
