FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator consists of a casing with rotors installed inside it. A vibrating multi-stepped casing is fixed under an upper horizontal disk on one axis with a loading device. A multi-stage rotor with impact bars is rigidly mounted on a lower horizontal disk on one axis with the multi-stepped casing. A circular gap between the internal surface of the multi-stepped casing and the multi-stage rotor diameter describable by the impact bars is equal to a=2-3dmax. The lower end of the multi-stepped casing has conical surface with radially set ribs and the inclination angle α from centre to periphery. A truncated cone is rigidly fixed in the lower part of the multi-stage rotor and has the inclination angle of its generating surface a with the surface being fitted by radial circular grooves. The gap between the generating surface of the truncated cone and the projections of radially set ribs at the lower end of the multi-stepped casing is greater than b=dmax, where dmax - maximal size of particles of the material being crushed. The diameter of the truncated cone's cylindrical base is equal to the outer diameter of the multi-stepped casing. Angle α is greater than the angle of natural slope of the crushed material.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of material grinding process.
