SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural machine building. Seed grinding machine comprises a grinding drum, the inner surface of which is coated with a layer of rubber, with an unloading opening, with a working member arranged inside the grinding drum in the form of a spring equipped with a device for changing pitch of turns, with hopper-batcher with loading device mounted on platform, which is fixed elastically on base, and installed on base of discharge tray. Grinding drum along perimeter is made in the form of installed inclined relative to horizontal axis of hollow cylinder with surface along perimeter in form of alternating projections of trapezoidal shape and triangular cavities, and flat ellipsoidal end walls, parallel to each other, arranged at an angle α to horizontal axis of rotation of grinding drum, with generatrixes in the form of alternating projections of trapezoidal shape and triangular cavities. At that, large axes of ellipses of end walls are turned relative to each other by angle β and along the entire length of the grinding drum is fixed a conical spring of elliptic shape in cross section with a round cross-section of coils, coated with a layer of rubber, and along the entire length of the vibration machine from the loading to unloading is fixed a spring of cylindrical shape with a round section of turns covered with a layer of rubber. Vibrator is attached to platform from below.
