FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: nozzle splitter contains a hollow cylindrical body with an external thread for connection to the distributor pipe fitting and a cap nut fixed to the bottom of the body with a liquid flow divider. In the body, coaxial to it, a cylindrical hole is made, in the upper part of which a screen filter is installed, and in the lower part there is a throttle washer with a jet. To the face of the union nut, the flow is axisymmetric body fluid flow divider mounted, which executed a pivot type in the form of a truncated tetrahedron, pinned to the face of the union nut, ribs are rods with blades on them, with stops in such a way that their rotation from flows out of throttle washers with pre-orifice technology nozzle. The tetrahedron base ribs are also connected to the blades with stops being mounted on them, by the pins.
EFFECT: fine-dispersed liquid sprayer efficiency increase.
