FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to wet dust collection and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for purification of gases. Gas scrubber comprises a body composed of upper and lower sections, a branch pipe for introducing a dusty gas, a branch pipe for the outlet of purified gas, a spray catcher with a centrifugal swirler and a branch pipe for draining liquid from the spray catcher, an irrigation device, plates with a stabilizer, a injector for periodic irrigation of the swirler and a sludge tank. At least one plate is equipped with a vibrator made according to form of a peripheral or central part of the plates, or vibrator is fixed directly on the body in the place where plates are located and is made in a toroidal form. Irrigation device is in the form of a vortex injector comprising a hollow cylindrical body with an external thread for connection to the distribution pipeline unlon for supply of the liquid, and a union nut with a liquid flow divider fixed in the body lower part. In the body a cylindrical hole is made, in which upper part a strainer is installed, and in the lower part is a throttle washer with a jet. Liquid flow divider is fixed to the end face of the union nut and is of the bar type in the form of a truncated tetrahedron whose ribs are rods with fixed blades with stops so, that there is a possibility of their rotation from the flows outgoing from a throttle plate with a nozzle jet. Diffuser is attached to the surface of the intersection of the end surface of the union nut with its outer surface, covering with its lateral conical surface the divider of the liquid flow. Outlet of the diffuser is below the base of truncated tetrahedron, and the outlet itself is connected to an additional divider arranged in the form of a circular perforated plate perpendicular to the axis of the diffuser. Netted dome element is connected to the perforated plate with a vertex directed away from the jet of the nozzle and the cavity of this element is filled with a porous material, for example a wire of the "putanka" type. Axisymmetric outlet of the diffuser, to the circular perforated plate of the additional dissector, in its central part, a central cylindrical atomizer is formed, which is made in the form of a cylindrical shell, the solid part of which is located in a reticular dome-shaped element and the perforated part of the cylindrical atomizer extends beyond the mesh dome element.

EFFECT: increased dust collection process efficiency and reliability.
