SUBSTANCE: invention is a method for postmortal determination of life period availability after a myocardial infarction in elderly and senile patients in cases where the death was caused by a myocardial infarction, through identification and analysis of dynamics of low and medium molecular weight substances in the urine, by taking the urine and examining the low and medium molecular weight substances therein at wavelengths of 239-298 nm in increments of 4 nm, the peak determined at a wavelength of 274-278 nm suggests a period of life after a myocardial infarction, and its absence suggests that the death was instantaneous.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and accuracy, reduced time of postmortal determination of life period availability after a myocardial infarction, which was the cause of death in elderly and senile age.
