FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a rotatable platform with a substrate with a relief diffraction grating formed on its surface, a mirror, and an optical spatial filter mounted in the zero diffraction order. The diffraction grating and the mirror are mounted on the rotatable platform so that the mirror plane is located perpendicularly to the grating profile lines and forms a retroreflector with the diffraction grating plane. The depth of the rectangular grating relief h is equal to one of the values calculated by the formula: , where λ - the laser wavelength, k - the positive integer.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy of positioning the output optical beam.
