FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: series of inventions relates to medicine. Guide device for bone drilling according to a first version includes a guide, an orienting lever, a surgical instrument and one or more depth limiting elements. Guide has a first fastening element and a second fastening element. Orienting lever is connected to first fastening element of guide and has a distal portion, configured for coupling with bone surface. Distal portion has a guiding part configured to contact with bone surface. Surgical instrument is connected with second fastening element of guide and defines a longitudinal axis, which is substantially co-radial with a distal portion of orienting lever, in which portion of orienting lever extends beyond longitudinal axis of surgical instrument. One or more depth limiting elements are configured to limit movement of distal end of surgical instrument beyond preset position along longitudinal axis. During use, clamping force arises between distal portion of orienting lever and distal end of surgical instrument. Guide device for bone drilling according to a second version includes guide, orienting lever, a surgical instrument and one or more depth limiting elements. Guide has a first fastening element and a second fastening element. Orienting lever is connected to first fastening element of guide, has a distal portion and comprises a target portion, having upper and lower surfaces, as well as a guide part located in target portion and configured to contact with bone surface, image capture element and connected with orienting lever and having viewing direction to lower surface of target element so that field of view of image capture element includes a portion of bone surface and portion of guide part. Surgical instrument is connected with second fastening element and is configured for bone drilling. Surgical instrument determines longitudinal axis, which is co-radial with guide part. One or more depth limiting elements are configured to limit movement of distal end of surgical instrument beyond preset position along longitudinal axis. Method drilling through bone includes inserting orienting lever through first port tissue, orienting lever is connected to first fastening element of guide; adhesion to bone surface by means of distal portion of orienting lever so that part of guiding distal portion is located near bone surface along desired drilling axis; inserting surgical instrument through second port and alignment of surgical instrument along desired drilling axis; surgical instrument is connected with second fastening element of guide, and determination of longitudinal axis, which is substantially co-radial with part of guiding distal portion of orienting lever, and portion of orienting lever extends beyond longitudinal axis of surgical instrument; as well as after adjustment of guide and surgical instrument so as to match longitudinal axis with desired axis drilling, drilling bone with surgical instrument to required depth along axis of drilling, wherein one or more depth limiting elements are configured to limit movement of distal end of surgical instrument for preset position along longitudinal axis.
EFFECT: inventions provide easy control of trajectory of tools arranged in area of joint to form ports or passages in tissue.
