FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: guide assembly for port formation in hip arthroscopy comprises a guide and a first surgical device. A guide comprises a body having a first set of marks, and a connector having a through hole and configured movable along the length of the above body. The first surgical device has a hook-shaped distal end having a second set of marks. The guide is connected to the first surgical device. When the connector is found at one of the marks from the first set, a long axis of the above through hole is co-radial with one of the marks from the second set.
EFFECT: possibility to form a port group and reduce considerable a potential harmful effect and amount of time required as compared to common technical decisions.
