SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and pharmacy. Combined preparation of lercanidipine hydrochloride and calcium atorvastatin is disclosed for treating hypertension accompanied by hyperlipidemia, which contains single dose of 5–20 mg of lercanidipine hydrochloride and 10–80 mg of atorvastatin calcium, wherein weight ratio of lercanidipine hydrochloride to atorvastatin calcium is 1:2–4, and method of producing coated tablet containing them.
EFFECT: technical result is combined preparation of lercanidipine and calcium atorvastatin according to this invention has higher efficiency at lower dose as compared to combined introduction of tablets with respect to considerable reduction of hypertension and reducing level of lipids; it is characterized by low therapeutic dose and reduction of number of undesired effects, as well as good tolerance and compliance with drug therapy regimen of patients.
