SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to a pharmaceutical composition comprising valsartan and rosuvastatin calcium, the use of the composition for the preparation of a drug for the prevention or treatment of cardiovascular disease and hyperlipidemic disease, to a method of manufacturing same and a method of preventing or treating a cardiovascular disease and a hyperlipidemic disease.
EFFECT: implementation of the invention allows to improve adherence to the treatment regimen for patients suffering from cardiovascular diseases, hyperlipidemic diseases or a complex of these diseases, and enhances the therapeutic and prophylactic effects, in particular, leads to synergistic effects in the treatment of hyperlipidemia and increases the degree of dissolution of valsartan and rosuvastatin calcium.
