FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test engineering and can be used to determine adhesion strength of adhesive-polymer dispersion-filled self-hardening composite materials of different structure and composition with a metal substrate. Adhesive strength, which is characterised by shearing stress, is determined by pressing a test dispersion composite formed in the inner space of a matrix using a die. The opening in the matrix is stepped and the matrix itself has geometric parameters which satisfy the rigidity condition when loading.
EFFECT: invention provides easy preparation and execution and taking into account the entire set of factors determining the level of adhesion strength, which provides high reliability of test results.
