FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave radio engineering, in particular to devices based on magnetostatic waves, and can be used as a frequency filter. Controlled filter of magnetostatic waves, containing a microwave guide in the form of a film of iron-yttrium garnet of rectangular shape, input and output antennae for generation and reception of surface magnetostatic waves arranged in parallel to each other at the edges of the microwave guide, source of control external magnetic field, additionally comprises laser radiation source, a buffer layer of aluminium oxide deposited on a microwave guide, an array of gallium arsenide strips located on the buffer layer between the antennae perpendicular to them.
EFFECT: wider frequency range.
