SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to determination of blood glucose concentration. Method of determining blood glucose concentration includes steps of: inserted test strip port connector for strips of measuring device; procedure for testing after applying sample; first voltage is applied during first time period; switched from first voltage to second voltage different from first voltage; second voltage is changed to third voltage different from first or second voltages; first outlet current value is measured for period of time for switching from first voltage to second voltage, but to complete transition to second voltage; second output current value is measured after changing from second voltage to third voltage; steady-state output current value is estimated after establishment of third voltage; blood glucose concentration is calculated based on first, second and stable output current value without glucose concentration temperature compensation. Also disclosed is version of method of determining concentration of glucose in blood and versions of blood glucose measuring systems.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides determination of blood glucose concentration without temperature compensation.
