FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: steel slab having a chemical composition comprising wt %: C not more than 0.005, Si not more than 4, Mn 0.03-2, P not more than 0.2, S not more than 0.004, Al not more than 2, N not more than 0.004, Se not more than 0.0010 and the rest is Fe and unavoidable impurities, is subjected to hot rolling, cold rolling and recrystallization annealing. Annealing is performed by heating up to 740°C at an average heating rate of not less than 100°C/s, and then from the temperature of 740°C to holding temperature of 740-900°C at an average heating rate of 1-50°C/s.
EFFECT: obtained semi-finished sheets have high magnetic flux density and low iron loss after stress relief annealing.
