SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy. Method of non-wired sheet manufacturing from electrical steel is performed by hot rolling of steel slab containing, wt. %: C not more than 0.0050, Si not more than 5.0 %, Mn not more than 3.0, P not more than 0.2, S not more than 0.005, Al not more than 3.0, N not more than 0.005, Ni not more than 3.0, Cr not more than 5.0, Ti not more than 0.005, Nb not more than 0.005, B not more than 0.005 and O not more than 0.005, and performing annealing of hot strip of sheet, as well as, optionally, additional cold rolling and final annealing, at that, when final annealing is performed, heating is carried out in two stages, first, induction, and then radiation, wherein induction heating is carried out to temperature of not less than 720 °C at average heating rate of not less than 50 °C/s from 600 °C to 700 °C, and the period of time from the end of induction heating to the beginning of radiation heating is set equal to not more than 8 seconds.
