FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: packaging with hinge lid includes a box shape housing with an open end at the top and capable of containing the storage object inside, a cover rotatably connected to the open edge of the rear side of the open end by a hinge and mounted at the open end for opening and closing the said open end. The packaging has a locked portion formed on the edge portion on the front side of the cover, connecting the front wall and the side wall of the cover and the locking portion on the housing side for locking the locking portion when the lid is closed. The locking portion is a locking edge of the inclined surface formed by cutting the upper end of the front edge portion of the housing, that connects the front and the side walls of the housing, diagonally across.
EFFECT: secure lid locking when closed.
