FIELD: textile industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of manufacturing composite components with complex structures and concerns a method for manufacturing textile unidirectional fabric. In at least one flat layer, multi-fiber reinforcing threads located parallel to each other are woven with each other using transverse threads that have a core-shell structure and titer of 10-40 tex and have the first component that forms a shell and the second component that forms a core, wherein the first component has a lower melting temperature than the second component and is fusible thermoplastic polymer material, and by means of this first component of transverse threads, adjacent multi-fiber reinforcing threads are bonded to each other by melt, wherein gaps are formed in unidirectional fabric by interweaving multi-fiber reinforcing threads with transverse threads, whereby the permeability in the range of 10-600 l/dm2/min can be established. The preferred embodiment relates to a method for manufacturing unidirectional fabric with thick pile. The invention additionally relates to a fibrous billet obtained from this unidirectional fabric.
EFFECT: invention provides for the creation of fabric that provides good dimensional stability after its formation into billets, as well as good and adjustable permeability to infiltration of matrix resins, and components produced from this fabric have high strength and impact viscosity.
