FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: polymer foam is prepared based on a two-component foam system. This foam system composition includes component A which comprises a multifunctional acceptor in Michael's reaction, which is a mixture of a difunctional acrylate compound with one or more tetrafunctional compound and, optionally, one or more hexafunctional compound and a foaming agent with a boiling point in the range of -40°C to +100°C. The system also includes component B that contains multifunctional carbon donor in Michael's reaction, a surfactant and a foaming agent with a boiling point in the range of -40°C to +100°C. Viscositys of each component is 2500 cps or less. The foam is prepared by separately creating an overpressure for the components and then separately dropping the overpressure so that each of them was at least partially foamed. Then the partially foamed substances are mixed with a catalyst of Michael's reaction of carbon addition to prepare a reaction mixture which is cured to form polymer foam.
EFFECT: method for producing low density non-isocyanate foams production, with compressive strength specific values of 3,5 kN⋅kg or more, with mostly closed cells with size of 600 microns or less.
