METHOD FOR ENDOMETRY RECEIVABILITY PREDICTION BASED ON EVALUATION OF GNRG AND GNRGR EXPRESSION IN "IMPLANTATION WINDOW" FOR WOMEN INFERTILITY ENDOMETRY AND IVF PROGRAM FAILURE ATTEMPTS Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC G01N33/50

Abstract RU 2617515 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to predict endometrial receptivity based on the evaluation of GnRG and GnRGR expression in the "implantation window" in the endometrium of women with infertility and failure attempts of IVF programs. Prognostically unfavorable indicators of endometrial receptivity include a delay in the secretory transformation of the endometrium, a decrease in the number of cells containing mature pinopodia in the superficial epithelium of less than 20%, and low GnRG and GnRGR expression (<2 points).

EFFECT: method increases the accuracy of pregnancy prediction in IVF programs and natural cycles for women with infertility.
