SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pathomorphology, gynecology and reproductive medicine, and can be used for evaluation of endometrial implantation potential in endometriosis-associated infertility. Endometrial biopsy needle is performed during the "implantation window". Obtained material is used to determine the expression level of HOXA10, ERα, ERβ, PR-A in stromal compartment of endometrium and PR-B in glandular. If HOXA10 expression is ≤21 %, "1 point" is assigned if ˃21 % is "0 points". If ERα expression ≥ 25 % is assigned "1 point", if <25 % is "0 points". If ERβ expression ≥20 %, assigning "1 point", if <20 %, - "0 points". If expression PR-A ≤23 % is assigned "1 point", if ˃23 %, - "0 points". If PR-B expression is ≥47 %, "1 point" is assigned, if <47 %, to "0 points". Obtained points are summed up. If the total score is "4-5 points", the presence of an extremely low endometrial implantation potential indicating a negative implantation prediction is determined. If the score is "2-3 points", the presence of a low endometrial implantation potential indicating a negative implantation prediction is determined. If the score is "0-1 points", the presence of a high implantation potential of the endometrium, indicating a positive implantation prediction, is determined.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of accurate assessment of the endometrial implantation potential in the period of the "implantation window" in the patients with infertility caused by endometriosis, due to immunohistochemical examination of expression levels of endometrial implantation potential markers characterizing its receptivity in endometriosis-associated infertility.
