FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pathomorphology, gynecology and reproductive medicine, and can be used to assess endometrial implantation consistency in proliferative-inflammatory disorders in endometrium in endometriosis associated with endometrial factor of infertility. Endometrial biopsy needle is performed in the period of the "implantation window". Obtained material is used to determine the BCL6 expression level in stroma and glands, Cyclin E and p27 in endometrial glands. If expression of Cyclin E ≥46 %, assign "1 point", if <46 %, assign "0 points". If expression of p27 ≤35 %, assign "1 point", if >35 %, assign "0 points". If BCL6 expression in glands ≥75 %, then assign "1 point", if <75 % is assigned "0 points". If the BCL6 expression in the stroma ≥15 %, then assigning "1 point", if <15 % is assigned "0 points". Obtained points are summed up. If the score is "4 points", the presence of a very high risk of implant failure indicating a negative prediction of the implantation is determined. "3 points" is a high risk of implant inconsistency indicating a negative implantation prediction. "2 points" is moderate risk of implant inconsistency indicating a dubious implantation prognosis. "0 or 1 point" is a low risk of implantation failure indicating a positive implantation prediction.
EFFECT: method provides the accurate determination of the probability of determining endometrial susceptibility to blastocyst implantation during the "implantation window" by assessing its proliferative-inflammatory pattern in patients with endometrial infertility factor caused by endometriosis.
