SUBSTANCE: inferior nasal concha is broken and shifted laterally. A vertical incision of the mucosa to the bone is performed in the area of the anterior end of the inferior nasal concha. The incision is long enough for raspatory introduction, which is used to exfoliate the mucous membrane and destroy the cavernous bodies in the inferior nasal concha area. The raspatory is advanced on the surface of the inferior nasal concha skeleton by transverse movements with respect to its longue to the end of the bone. Contour plastic of the inferior nasal concha is performed. To do this, the excess amount of mucous membrane in the inferior nasal concha area is determined by pulling the mucosa forward in the direction of the pear-shaped aperture of the nose. The detected excess of mucosa is removed and the wound edges are stitched together.

EFFECT: method allows to achieve a functionally stable expansion of the common nasal passage by performing a small incision when accessing the inferior nasal concha skeleton, excising the excess tissue in the region of the inferior nasal concha anterior end and fixing it with a suture to the anterior edge of the incision after vasotomy.
