FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: method of ICE operation control equipped with a turbocompressor is that when the cold engine starts, the exhaust gas flowing from the turbocharger (9) turbine (8) is throttled. After starting the engine, the exhaust gas flow from the turbine (8) of the turbocompressor (9) continues to be throttled, and a part of this flow is sent through the heat exchanger (12) to the compressor inlet (1). At the end of the warm-up after starting the engine, a part of the exhaust gases is sent through the heat exchanger (12) to the engine inlet valve (5) and the air flow from the compressor (1) is throttled.

EFFECT: improvement of the engine starting qualities, reduction of its warm-up time and hazardous substances emissions into the atmosphere.
