FIELD: engine building.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed are methods of improving control of supercharging pressure in engine system with supercharging. According to one of the versions, when the accelerator pedal is depressed, the air bypass valve connected in parallel to the engine system intake compressor can be maintained in the open position for the preset time.
EFFECT: due to maintenance of air bypass valve in open position when accelerator pedal is pressed, faster rotation of compressor is provided, wherein said accelerated rotation can facilitate achievement of required higher level of supercharging, when air bypass valve is subsequently closed then for shorter time than it was possible before.
