SUBSTANCE: method includes the reduction of the channel gain of the first type UE, when the total transmission power of the upperlink UE exceeds the maximum allowable transmission power; and determination of the total upperlink UE transmission power, and if the total transmission power of the upperlink UE exceeds the maximum allowable transmission power and the channel gain of the first type decreases upto the specified threshold channel gain value, the channel gain of the second type UE is reduced so, that the total transmission power of the upperlink UE does not exceed the maximum allowable transmission power.

EFFECT: reduction of the CS service call interruption frequency and provision the continuity of calls between the users devices.
