SUBSTANCE: method for controlling transmission sped of user data of uplink includes stages, at which mobile station is notified, from radio-network controller, about first match of size of user data transmission data block of uplink with ratio of wave amplitudes of transmission between extended physical dedicated data channel and physical dedicated control channel; formed on mobile station is second match of uplink user data transmission data block size and ratio of transmission powers between extended dedicated physical data channel and dedicated physical control channel, on basis of provided first match; mobile station is notified, from base radio station, about ratio of transmission powers, and size of transmission data block is set on mobile station on basis of provided ratio of transmission powers and aforementioned second match.
EFFECT: reduced call connection delay.
