FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method of regenerating pits in the asphalt coating and continuous rejuvenating it in the critical condition comprises the regeneration of the chips from old and any other coatings imported from various objects. Wherein for regenerating they are transformed into a mass with the temperature of 180-200°C, in the covering layer above the cold coating with disrupted road sections, which is subject to the continuous or patching rejuvenation; they are subjected to exposure to the heat exchange maturing; processing the covering mass with the mass under the cover is carried out by means of cutting, turning and loosening. Thereafter the patching or continuous selection of the coating mass with the heated mass under the cover and with the missing additives for regeneration is carried out, while for the coating rejuvenation the warm-covering mass with missing additives is separated by heating to 120-180°C into the components of the separately sandy, separately fine-grained and separately coarse structure; the coarse mass is taken for the finished pair row base at the initial side of the road and smoothed down by levelling; the fine-grained mass is laid after that and rolled together twice, and the sand asphalt is laid as the completing layer and adjustably sealed by leveling, leaving the high-quality final coating only by means of one pass of the DU-94 asphalt roller forward at the initial side of the road, then the process is repeated up to the other side of the road, then repeated on adjoining sites, and is completed by high-quality asphalt coating rejuvenation at said object. The device for carrying out the method is also described.

EFFECT: provision of coating integrity and uniformity and increasing its durability.
