SUBSTANCE: kneading device (2) has at least two shafts (12, 14) whereon the tools (18, 22) are fixed, placed inside the kneading chamber (6). At least one of the tools (18, 22) is designed for transporting the dough from the charging area (10) in the direction (20) of feeding to the discharging opening (8). The tools (22) of the first shaft (12) are formed by several blades (22) with the blade surface (32). The blades (22) are placed along the shaft (12) with the mutual displacement, and the movement paths of the blade surfaces (32) of two adjacent blades (22) during the rotation around the axis (30) of the first shaft (12) partially overlap each other. The tools (18) of the second shaft (14) are formed by several feeding and kneading segments (18) having the working surface, respectively (44). The kneading segments (18) are placed along the shaft (14) with the mutual displacement, wherein the movement paths of the working surfaces (44) of two adjacent feeding and kneading segments (18) during the rotation around the axis (28) of the second shaft (14) at least partially overlap each other. The minimum distance (A) between the blades (22) and the feeding and kneading segments (18) is from 1.5 to 15.0 mm, preferably from 5.0 to 10.0 mm.

EFFECT: invention allows to vary the kneading and the transporting actions of the device.
