SUBSTANCE: kneading device (101) for dough kneading includes a kneading tool (106), a drive unit (DU) for rotation of the kneading tool round the central axis, a vessel (104) to accommodate the kneading tool (106) and a base supporting the vessel (104). The kneading tool (106) contains a central body (107), a stirring blade (108) and at least one scraper (109) extending axially and radially. The distal end of the said scraper has a variable distance to the opposite inner side of the vessel. The said variable distance increases in the direction from the vessel bottom towards the upper part.
EFFECT: ensuring improvement of the kneading process and the kneading device cleaning ease.
