FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: primary treatment of male hypogonadism in an experiment involves transplantation of an allogeneic marrow tissue to a laboratory animal with primary male hypogonadism, simulated on the basis of temporary testicle ischemia. For simulation, ischemic effect is provided using unilateral ligation with simultaneous removal of the contralateral testicle by open selective ligation of spermatic vein and artery in the proximal part of the spermatic cord with collateral blood flow preservation for a period of 3 days. At that, ligature is applied with deforming impact force of 3-4 N. Transplantation of allogeneic marrow tissue is performed by cell-gel complex injection under testicle tunica albuginea. The complex consists of allogenic marrow cellular mass and biodegradable heterogeneous Sfero®Gel medium hydrogel. The ratio of introduced cell mass to the Sfero®Gel volume is 1:1-1.5:1.
EFFECT: method provides high efficiency of hypogonadism treatment in an experimental model of this disease while reducing side effects and effects distorting theexperiment purity.
