SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship AD artillery of medium caliber, namely, to feed systems. Automatic cannon ammunition feed system comprises a device to receive rounds at the mount, a device to reload the rounds into receivers of the automatic cannon, load cars with single-seat cages, guides made to move the load cars along an arc around the axis of the cradle trunnions, and a cardan type haulage chain drive. Device to receive rounds at the mount is additionally equipped with two box magazines, two receiving cages and two reloaders.

EFFECT: provided is higher rate of fire of a ship cannon, increased number of ammunition arranged in the combat compartment of the ship cannon, as well as the possibility of mechanized unloading the unspent ammunition into the ship belowdecks as it returns to the base.
