It is characterised that it additionally contains a sangviritrin as an active substance, an oily extract of Calendula flowers and Achillea grass in a ratio of 1:1 and an Echinacea dry extract as extracts of medical plants, a hydroxyethylcellulose and glycerol as a plasticiser and film former, respectively, and additionally cremophor RH-40 and sodium saccharinate as auxiliaries and a peppermint oil as the essential oil at the following ratio, wt %: Sanguiritrin - 0.05, hydroxyethyl cellulose - 2.0, glycerol - 3.0, oil extract of Calendula and Achillea - 1.0, dry extract of Echinacea - 1.0, Cremophor RH-40 - 1.0, sodium saccharinate - 0.1, peppermint oil - 0.1, purified water - up to 100.0.
