FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic flow converter includes a primary converter 1 comprising the inductor 2 and the conduit 3 with electrodes 4 connected via the first switch 5 and the second switch 6 to the signal inputs of the digital-analog converter 7, an data output 1 of which is connected to an input of the microcontroller 8. The scheme also contains a bridge current switch 9, outputs of which are connected to the inductor 2, and the control inputs are connected to the first and the second outputs of the microcontroller 8. The bridge current switch 9 is powered by a current source 10, one of the outputs connected to the bridge switch 9, and the other output to one of the ends of the current sensor 11 the other end of which is connected to a common point of the circuit. Signal inputs of analog-digital converter 7 and are connected via the third switch 12 with the end of current sensor 11, connected to the output of the current source 10 and through the fourth switch 13 with the common point of the scheme. The control inputs of the first 5 and the second 6 switches are connected to the fourth output of the microcontroller 8, and the third 12 and the fourth 13 switches to the fifth output of the microcontroller 8. The control input of the current source 10 is connected to the output of the digital-to-analog converter 14, the information input of which is connected to the third output of the microcontroller 8, and the input of the reference voltage with the output of the analog-to-digital converter 7 reference voltage.
EFFECT: elimination of the flow measurement results dependence on the changes in the inductor parameters and the resistance of the current sensor under the influence of external factors due to the fact that the voltage from the current sensor is connected to the signal input of the ADC, the voltage from the current sensor is converted into a code that is compared with the control code recorded in the memory of the microcontroller, in case of received code deviation from the control code, the code that is loaded into the DAC is adjusted.
