FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: method to control measurements of fluid media flow consists in the fact that in addition to measurement of the liquid flow value during conversion of voltage in a microcontroller by a metering ADC, and the voltage is proportionate to speed of measured medium in a measurement channel, they measure voltages proportionate to current via an inductor, and voltage on the inductor, and determine value of deviation of current values of active and inductive resistances, determined in the microcontroller by software and hardware means by specified values of voltages on the inductor from preset reference values in their memory. The electromagnetic flow meter comprises a primary flow converter, a measurement circuit, comprising at least a metering ADC and a control circuit, comprising at least a microcontroller connected to a metering ADC and equipped with an additional ADC, made as capable of measuring voltage proportionate to current via the inductor, and voltage on the inductor.

EFFECT: increased validity of recognition of impact of external noise at accuracy of measurements and as a result increased accuracy of measurements, expanded range of measurements and spectrum of device application.
