FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic flowmeter is used which contains a primary electromagnetic flow rate transducer, comprising an inductor connected to a measuring circuit containing the measuring ADC connected to a microcontroller-based control circuit, connected, at least, with a display indicator. The control circuit contains an additional ADC which is built in the microcontroller, one input of which is designed with a possibility of voltage measurement proportional to the current through the inductor, and transmission of measured voltage values to the microcontroller, one of outputs of which is connected to the control input of the inductor current source input with a possibility of control of value of current of the inductor and calculation by the microcontroller using hardware-software functionality on sampling from several various values of current of the inductor of the averaged ration of the signal from output of primary flow rate transducer to the inductor current, their comparison with the reference values preset in non-volatile memory of the microcontroller and fixing of existence of nonlinearity of flowmeter magnetic system at deviation of current values of calculated parameters from reference ones, with a possibility of output of result, at least, to the display indicator.
EFFECT: improvement of reliability of recognition of action of external noises on the accuracy of measurements and improvement of accuracy of measurements, expansion of range of measurements and scope of application of the device.
