FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method of nickel extraction from oxide-bearing nickel ores includes nickel heap leaching by sulfuric acid solution. Leaching is carried out in three stages: in the first stage, the concentration of sulfuric acid is 15 g/dm3, in the second and third - 10 and 5 g/dm3, respectively.
EFFECT: obtaining purer nonferrous solutions and reduced reactant consumption due to leaching by weak solution of sulfuric acid.
